| Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Recommendation: As a dietary supplement, take three capsules a day approximately a 1/2 half hour before meals. For more intense use: Take three times each day for approximately three weeks. Thereafter, revert to maintenance dosage. Take NKC+ by itself at least one hour before any other supplements.
