Description:Green tea is a type of tea that is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. It is native to Asia and is widely consumed throughout the world. - Directions for use: Take 2 capsules of PHENBLUE(R) 5 with 8oz of water 2 times daily, approximately 30 minutes before meals. This product is intended to be used with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program.
- Missed dose: If you miss a dose, take the next as recommended. Do not double the next dose.
