- SUGGESTED USE: 1 capsule with meals or as directed by a physician. Capsules may be pulled apart and the contents mixed with food or beverages. When beginning supplementation with this product it is recommended to start with a partial capsule with meals and build up to the full dose. For small children, 1/2 capsule with meals may be sufficient.
