L-Glutamine
L-glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body, produced primarily in skeletal muscle and then released into circulation. It serves vital roles in various tissues, including the immune system, gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, and liver, where it supports essential functions such as maintaining intestinal integrity, immune response, and amino acid balance. Although traditionally classified as a non-essential amino acid, during periods of severe stress, glutamine becomes conditionally essential due to the body's increased demand. It acts as a critical nitrogen and carbon transporter between organs, and while the intestinal mucosa can synthesize glutamine, this production is insufficient during times of significant physiological stress. Dietary supplements generally contain L-glutamine as it is the biologically active form of the amino acid.

Grape seed extract
Description:Grapes are widely grown and cultivated for a variety of uses such as for food and beverage making (e.g., wine). They also have a long history of use in traditional medicine. The fruit and skin of grapes contain various compounds that are believed to have health benefits, including antioxidants such as resveratrol and flavonoids. These compounds may help to protect cells from damage and are purported to reduce the risk of certain chronic diseases. Grapes and grape products may also have anti-inflammatory properties, which may help to reduce inflammation in the body and potentially improve symptoms of certain conditions. Grape seed extracts are also commonly used as a dietary supplement and are often standardized according to the content of polyphenols or proanthocyanidins.

Formula |
- The True Strength of BCAAs
The Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are essential amino acids which your body cannot produce on its own. Used in a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine to Isoleucine and Valine, the BCAAs can help spare muscle tissue when consumed before and/or during endurance training, and help kick-start muscle building when consumed after strength training. We included vitamin C because of its antioxidant qualities and 5 grams of glutamine because this conditionally essential amino acid may help support recovery after intense exercise.
- Pro BCAA contains 13 g of amino acids, of which 8 g are BCAAs.
- 8 g BCAAs
5 g L-Glutamine
