Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Directions: For maximum results, each serving of Pyroxamine should always be taken on an empty stomach, 20-30 minutes before eating with at least 8 oz of water. Start with 1 capsule in the morning and if well tolerated, take a second capsule 4-6 hours later. If faster weight loss results are desired, take an additional capsule with the first serving of the day (2 capsules total). Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24-hour period. To prevent sleep disturbance, do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (or about 4-5 standard bottles of water) throughout the day while taking Pyroxamine. For best results, pair with an exercise program and healthy eating habits.
