Glutamine
Description:L-glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body, produced primarily in skeletal muscle and then released into circulation. It serves vital roles in various tissues, including the immune system, gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, and liver, where it supports essential functions such as maintaining intestinal integrity, immune response, and amino acid balance. Although traditionally classified as a non-essential amino acid, during periods of severe stress, glutamine becomes conditionally essential due to the body's increased demand. It acts as a critical nitrogen and carbon transporter between organs, and while the intestinal mucosa can synthesize glutamine, this production is insufficient during times of significant physiological stress. Dietary supplements generally contain L-glutamine as it is the biologically active form of the amino acid.

Bromelain
Description:Bromelain is a group of proteolytic enzymes derived from pineapples. It has been traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and protein-digesting properties. Some research suggests it may have potential benefits for conditions such as allergic rhinitis, burns, cancer, diabetic foot ulcers, and postoperative pain, among others. However, the evidence for its effectiveness in these areas is lacking, and more research is needed. It is important to note that bromelain should not be confused with other protein-digesting enzymes. Pregnant and lactating individuals should avoid using bromelain due to insufficient information about its safety in these populations.

N-Acetyl Cysteine
Description:N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is derived from the amino acid cysteine. It is used as a prescription medication to treat acetaminophen overdose and to help thin mucus in people with certain respiratory conditions. It is also used as a dietary supplement. NAC has a number of potential health benefits. It is a source of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione, which is important for protecting cells from oxidative stress and supporting immune function. It also may have anti-inflammatory effects and studies show it may support healthy brain function. It is generally considered safe to take NAC supplements in recommended doses.

Gardenia jasiminoides (Fruit) extract
Description:Gardenia jasminoides, also known as cape jasmine or Chinese gardenia, is a species of flowering plant in the family Rubiaceae. It is native to eastern and southern Asia, and is widely cultivated as an ornamental plant. In traditional Chinese medicine, Gardenia jasminoides is used to treat liver problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, and inflammatory conditions. It is also used as a natural remedy to reduce fever and improve digestion.

Olea europeae (Leaf) extract
Description:Olive contains compounds like polyphenols, particularly hydroxytyrosol and oleuropein, which have antioxidant properties that can help combat oxidative stress in the body. Olive supplements may support heart health by reducing LDL cholesterol and blood pressure. Additionally, they may have anti-inflammatory effects and potentially aid in weight management.

Red beet
Description:Beetroot is a type of root vegetable belonging to the Chenopodiaceae family. It is commonly consumed as a food and utilized as a dietary supplement. Beetroot supplements are purported to have a number of potential health benefits, including lowering blood pressure by increasing the production of nitric oxide, improving exercise performance, and reducing inflammation. Dietary supplements containing beetroot are generally in powdered form, and are sometimes standardized by their nitrate content.
