Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults dissolve 5 mL (1 teaspoon = 1 capful) in about 500 mL (17 oz.) water or sports drink every 30-60 minutes during physical activity, for up to 30 mL (1 oz) daily. Shake to fully dissolve concentrate. Children under 18 should use only under adult supervision. Do not consume without dilution.
