Scutellaria baicalensis
Description:Baikal skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis) is a perennial herb native to eastern Asia. It is a member of the mint family (Lamiaceae) and is named for its small, helmet-shaped flowers, which resemble medieval helmets.
