Tendo-Fix is a joint-support capsule with eight active ingredients. Hyaluronic acid — a substance your body naturally makes and uses to cushion joints and keep skin hydrated — is the only one we have detailed safety and effectiveness information for.
The other actives are structural proteins and compounds: collagen types I, II, V, and X; chondroitin; mucopolysaccharides; eggshell membrane; and chicken. The capsule also contains two inactive ingredients: acacia gum and white rice flour.
