Berberine Sulfate
Berberine is a naturally-occurring compound that is found in several plants, including goldenseal, barberry, goldthread, phellodendron, and Oregon grape. It is known for its bitter taste and yellow color. It has been used for centuries in traditional medicine to treat a variety of conditions such as diabetes and high cholesterol.
