| Precautions |
- Warnings: This product is an extremely powerful dietary supplement intended for use by healthy adults between 18-50 years of age only. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years.
- Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, prone to dehydration, or exposed to excessive heat.
- Consult a physician before using this product if you have, or have a family history of; including, but not limited to, high or low blood pressure, stroke, cardiac arrhythmia, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, recurrent headaches, anxiety, nervousness, depression, seizure disorder, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, diabetes, anemia, difficulty urinating, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Seek advice from a medical doctor if you are unaware of your current health status.
- Do not use this product if you are taking any medications; including, but not limited to, MAO inhibitors, SSR inhibitors, antidepressants, anti-inflammatory drugs, aspirin, or products containing caffeine, synephrine, phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or any other know stimulants.
- Do not exceed the recommended serving. Exceeding the recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects. Discontinue use and call a physician or qualified healthcare professional immediately if you experience chest pain, sever headache, shortness of breath, dizziness, irregular heartbeat, or other similar symptoms.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- This product may contain ingredients banned by certain sports organizations. Do not use if subject to testing.
- Phenyketonurics: Contains phenylalanine.

| Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Use no longer then 8-weeks continuously followed by a 4-week break. Use only as directed.
- Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules 1-2 times daily 30-minutes before meal. To assess tolerance start with 1 capsule per dose for the first two days of use, gradually increasing dosage thereafter until the desired effect is achieved. Do not exceed more then 2 capsules in a 6-hour period and/or 4 servings in a 24-hour period.
