- Vitamin A plays an important role in helping the eyes adapt to light changes, and support healthy skin and immune function. Each soft gel contains 7,500 mcg RAE (25,000 IU) of vitamin A from fish liver oil and retinyl palmitate. The vitamin A is dispersed with apple pectin.
