Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement for ADULTS, take 1 serving in 8-10 oz of cold water once daily, 30 MINUTES before workouts. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST with ONE serving to assess tolerance and response, NEVER CONSUME MORE THAN 3 Servings in a 24 hour period. DO NOT TAKE 4 HOURS before BEDTIME. Drink At least ten 8 ounce glasses of water per day. READ ALL WARNINGS AND USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.
