Flaxseed Oil
Flaxseed, also known as linseed, is a type of seed that is rich in nutrients and other compounds. It is a good source of fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids, as well as a variety of vitamins and minerals. Flaxseed is often ground and used as a supplement in the form of flaxseed meal or oil. Flaxseed has a number of potential health benefits. It is high in fiber, which can help improve digestion and lower cholesterol levels. The omega-3 fatty acids found in flaxseed are believed to have anti-inflammatory properties and may help reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. Flaxseed is also a rich source of lignans, plant compounds that have been shown to have estrogen-like effects. Both flaxseed and flaxseed oil are popular dietary supplements and share many of the same purported health benefits. However, one of the main differences between the two is the amount of fiber they contain. Flaxseed is a good source of both soluble and insoluble fiber, while flaxseed oil does not contain any fiber. This means that flaxseed can help improve digestion and lower cholesterol levels, while flaxseed oil does not have these effects.

It is one of the most widely used spices in the world, and it is often utilized to add flavor and heat to a wide variety of dishes. In traditional medicine, black pepper is purported to have a number of health benefits. Black pepper is also used as a natural remedy for digestive problems, such as indigestion and bloating, and to boost the immune system. Black pepper is widely used in dietary supplements, specifically, an extract from black pepper known as piperine. Piperine can affect the absorption of many drugs, which is why it has a large number of reported interactions. Oftentimes, these 'interactions' are purposeful, such as when piperine is used with turmeric, to increase its absorption.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Directions: (Adult) Take one (1) to three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels per day divided into two or more doses, e.g., one (1) or two (2) in the morning and one (1) in the afternoon with a glass of water. Do not exceed three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in any 24-hour period. For a more immediate response, take one hour prior to exercise or sexual activity. While the maximum serving size per 24-hour period is up to three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels, it is strongly recommended that you explore whether or not you can achieve results at a lower dose per day. You may benefit from a smaller dose because everyone has different sensitivities to these ingredients. Start with one Liquid Soft-Gel and build up to a maximum of three (3) per day only if needed. Take on an as needed basis.
