Zi Su Zi is a liquid supplement with one active ingredient: perilla frutescens fruit extract. Perilla is a plant used traditionally in Asian cuisine and herbal practice.
The liquid form also contains alcohol, water, and glycerin as inactive ingredients to deliver the extract.

Perilla is generally well tolerated when used as a food, but supplement-strength products haven't been studied much, so caution is warranted. A rare but serious concern is anaphylaxis — a severe allergic reaction — which has been reported in both adults and children who consumed perilla seeds; some research points to a compound called oleosin as the likely culprit.
Occupational asthma has also been reported from inhaling smoke from roasted perilla seeds. The safety data advises against medicinal amounts during pregnancy and while breastfeeding because there isn't enough information to know whether it's safe.
