Clinical
CVS Multi-Symptom Eye Drops is an over-the-counter eye drop solution sold under FDA's OTC monograph rules for ophthalmic products. It combines three active ingredients: polyethylene glycol 400 and zinc sulfate, which are lubricants and astringents typically used to soothe dry or irritated eyes, and tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride, a decongestant commonly used to temporarily relieve eye redness. This product is applied directly to the eye surface to address multiple minor eye discomforts.
