With 600 mg twice daily dose of midazolam, the predicted increase in AUC and Cmax of midazolam is by 3.1-fold and 31-fold respectively 1.
b) Concomitant use of 600 mg twice daily dose of adagrasib with digoxin (a P-gp substrate), the predicted increase in AUC and Cmax of digoxin is by 1.5-fold and 1.9-fold respectively 1.
