Concurrent use of darolutamide with rosuvastatin (BCRP, OATP1B1 and OATP1B3 substrate) significantly increased rosuvastatin exposure by 5-fold. Monitor patients more frequently for adverse reactions of these substrates and consider a substrate dose reduction1.
