Apricot Overview
Apricots are a type of fruit native to China and have been cultivated for thousands of years. They are typically small and orange in color, and have a sweet and slightly tart flavor. Apricots are a good source of vitamins A and C, potassium, and dietary fiber. They are also a source of antioxidants, which may help to protect the body from damage by harmful molecules known as free radicals. Eflornithine is used to slow the growth of unwanted hair on the face in women, usually around the lips or under the chin. Eflornithine works by blocking a natural substance that is needed for hair to grow and is located in your hair follicle (the sac where each hair grows).
