Each serving of HumanN SuperBeets includes 150mg of grape seed extract (2 chews). Laboratory studies suggest that grape seed extract might have inhibitory effects on the CYP3A4 metabolizing enzyme. If this enzyme is inhibited, drugs metabolized by it may undergo slower metabolism, potentially leading to (in many cases) higher-than-normal drug levels. Elevated drug levels can increase the risk of experiencing side effects. However, it's important to point out that there is no documented or reported instance of this specific interaction occurring in human studies.

HumanN SuperBeets Heart Chews is a dietary supplement that aims to support heart health in a convenient chewable form. The chews include two herbal ingredients: beetroot powder and a proprietary grape seed extract known as Enovita. Ado-trastuzumab emtansine injection is used to treat a certain type of breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and has not improved or has worsened after treatment with other medications. Ado-trastuzumab emtansine is also used after surgery for a certain type of breast cancer in women who have had treatment with other chemotherapy medications before surgery, but there was still cancer remaining in the tissue removed during surgery. Ado-trastuzumab emtansine is in a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It works by killing cancer cells.
