Mommy's Bliss Gripe Water contains fennel seed. Theoretically, fennel might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4. However, this has only been seen in vitro (i.e., in a lab setting) and has not been reported in humans. Additionally, the amount of fennel seed contained in Mommy's Bliss Gripe water is very low, and clinically significant interactions here are thought to be unlikely.

Depending on the dose of Mommy's Bliss Gripe Water given (which depends on age), the amount of fennel seed ingested by the infant will be between 1mg and 5mg.
This small amount is very unlikely to cause a clinically significant interaction with any other drug that is metabolized via CYP3A4.
Nevertheless, the theoretical interaction is that fennel, by decreasing the activity of this enzyme, could increase the concentrations of drugs metabolized by it.
The interaction is important to be aware of but will likely not cause any issues.

Mommy's Bliss Gripe Water Overview
Mommy's Bliss Gripe Water is an over-the-counter product used to soothe colicky babies and infants. It is important to note that 'Gripe water' has been used traditionally since at least the 1800s to help treat colic and gastrointestinal discomfort in infants but 'gripe water' is not a standardized formula. Generally, it is a liquid made from a combination of water and various herbs, such as ginger, fennel, chamomile, licorice, and cinnamon, among others. Some varieties may also contain alcohol or sugar. Mommy's Bliss Gripe water contains fennel seed and ginger. It does not contain sugar or alcohol.
Tucatinib Overview

Tucatinib is used with trastuzumab (Herceptin) and capecitabine (Xeloda) to treat a certain type of hormone receptor–positive breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and cannot be treated with surgery in adults who have already been treated with at least one other chemotherapy medication. Tucatinib is also used with trastuzumab to treat a certain type of colorectal cancer (cancer that begins in the large intestine) that has spread to other parts of the body and cannot be treated with surgery in adults who have already been treated with other chemotherapy medications and have not improved or worsened. Tucatinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop or slow the spread of cancer cells.
