Aminoglutethimide falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Toothed Clubmoss interacts with.

In animal models, toothed clubmoss and huperzine A, an active constituent of toothed clubmoss, reversed cognitive deficits induced by scopolamine. Theoretically, concurrent use of anticholinergic drugs and toothed clubmoss might decrease the effectiveness of toothed clubmoss or the anticholinergic drug.
Some anticholinergic drugs include atropine, benztropine (Cogentin), biperiden (Akineton), procyclidine (Kemadrin), and trihexyphenidyl (Artane).

Here's the simple version. Toothed clubmoss (and its active ingredient huperzine A) gently boosts a brain chemical called acetylcholine. Some drugs work in the opposite direction by blocking that same chemical, and that's the type of interaction listed here. The worry is that the two could partly cancel each other out, so neither does its job as well.

Honestly, though, aminoglutethimide isn't really an anticholinergic drug. It's used to lower steroid hormone production (for certain cancers and Cushing's syndrome), and its usual issues are drowsiness, rash, and low cortisol. So this particular warning is theoretical and based only on animal data, and it probably doesn't apply cleanly to aminoglutethimide. Still, both can affect alertness, so check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
