Trager Therapy + Cyclophosphamide
Cyclophosphamide brand names: Cytoxan, Neosar.
We found no known interaction between Trager Therapy and Cyclophosphamide in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Trager Therapy and Cyclophosphamide
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Cyclophosphamide and Trager Therapy in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — research on Trager Therapy alongside specific medications may be limited.
Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Trager Therapy at all — not against Cyclophosphamide, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.
Trager Therapy is a treatment rather than something you take. Tell whoever provides it which medicines you use, and ask your prescriber whether it is appropriate for your health and treatment. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

Safety guidance is general; always confirm with your pharmacist or doctor for your situation.

Where Trager Therapy and Cyclophosphamide Sit Against Everything Else
Out of every supplement and medication people look up on HelloPharmacist, here is where these two land this week — and which way each has been moving.
#1,155 of 1,452 supplements looked up here in the last 7 days
#950 of 2,830 medications looked up here in the last 7 days
Position among everything looked up on this site, not a measure of how commonly either one is used or how important it is. A supplement can climb this list because of a news story. It counts every request to the page, automated ones included, and nothing here identifies anyone.
Where does our data come from?
- Source: the Natural Medicines (TRC Healthcare) clinical database — the evidence-graded professional reference for herb & supplement interactions.
- Citation library: 103,510 references behind our interaction content, 65,311 of them resolved to verified PubMed/DOI sources. See every Trager Therapy reference on this page ↓
- Freshness: we automatically re-check this combination every week — this pair was last verified September 20, 2026. The Trager Therapy and Cyclophosphamide records this page draws on were last updated June 22, 2026.
- What “no known interaction” means: no documented interaction in the sources above — not a guarantee of safety. Supplements are studied far less than prescription drugs, so we say exactly what the evidence supports, and nothing more.
About Trager Therapy
What is Trager Therapy?
- Muscle tension and stiffness
- Chronic pain and back pain
- Stress and relaxation
- Improving mobility and posture
- Easing tension related to chronic conditions
Trager Therapy (also called the Trager Approach) is a gentle, hands-on bodywork and movement education method, not a dietary supplement or herb. It uses light rocking, gentle stretching, and self-movement exercises to encourage relaxation and easier movement, and many people find it pleasant and calming—but high-quality scientific evidence that it treats specific medical conditions is limited. It is generally low-risk, but you should check with your doctor before using it for any medical problem.
Not applicable (a hands-on bodywork and movement education method, not an herb or supplement) · In-person sessions with a certified practitioner (tablework) plus self-care movement exercises called Mentastics
An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Trager Therapy is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Trager Therapy record says about it on its own.
Trager Therapy: dosing
Because Trager Therapy is a hands-on service and not a supplement, there is no standardized dose, milligram amount, or pill to take. Instead, it is delivered as sessions with a certified practitioner, often lasting around an hour, with the frequency varying from person to person. The number and timing of sessions are usually decided between you and your practitioner based on your goals and comfort.

About Cyclophosphamide
What Is Cyclophosphamide Used For?
Brand names: Cytoxan, Neosar
Cyclophosphamide is used to treat many types of cancer in adults and children, including malignant lymphomas (such as Hodgkin's disease and Burkitt's lymphoma), multiple myeloma, several forms of leukemia, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, neuroblastoma, retinoblastoma, and advanced mycosis fungoides (a type of skin lymphoma). It is often given alongside other chemotherapy drugs rather than on its own.
Oral and injectable powder formulations (but not the Cyclophosphamide Injection solution concentrate) are also approved for minimal change nephrotic syndrome — a kidney condition — in children who have not responded well to, or cannot tolerate, steroid therapy. The injectable solution concentrate is approved for adult patients only due to its alcohol content, and is not approved for use in children.
Most-Reported Side Effects for Cyclophosphamide
From FAERS, the FDA’s public side-effect reporting system (176,005 reports, all brands). Reports are voluntary and are not proof the drug caused the effect.

Cyclophosphamide Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Cyclophosphamide as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Trager Therapy — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
