Nicorandil (Ikorel, Sigmart) widens blood vessels to prevent angina chest pain, and a few supplements on this page can genuinely interfere with that job, so learn the three major-rated interactions first. Coleus and hawthorn both dilate vessels on their own, and stacking either with a nitrate-type drug like nicorandil can push that effect further than your heart needs. Activated charcoal creates the opposite problem by binding the drug in your gut and cutting the dose your body actually gets.
