- Directions: Shake vigorously before use. Add 1 serving (1 fl. oz.) of concentrate to a quart (32 fl. oz.) of water. Shake to mix. Drink 1 full bottle of concentrate mixed with 1 quart of water throughout the day, every day, for 7 consecutive days. Do not use for more than 14 consecutive days. Natural ingredients may settle at the bottom of the container, so shake before each use. Use 7-Day Body Cleanse Dietary Supplement once every 30 days.
