Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Directions: To help support normal muscle function, take 3 capsules one to three times daily. For occasional menstrual discomfort, take 3 capsules two to three times daily, 2 days prior to menstruation until 3 days afterward. Take with food and/or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
