AnaBeta Ingredients & Drug Interactions
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking AnaBeta against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

What’s inside
Full disclosure
AnaBeta contains one active ingredient: Anacyclus pyrethrum DC (root) extract. The capsule also includes inactive ingredients — gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, and food colorings (FD&C Yellow #5 and FD&C Blue #1) — which are fillers and binders that help form and stabilize the supplement.
Does it work?
Couldn't assess
We don't hold effectiveness data for Anacyclus pyrethrum in our current information. That means we can't tell you from the facts we have whether this ingredient delivers the results the label claims.
If you're considering it for a specific purpose, chat with your pharmacist or doctor about whether the evidence supports that use.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
The safety profile of Anacyclus pyrethrum extract is limited, and caution is warranted. The ingredient may cause mouth irritation or allergic reactions, and topically it can trigger redness, burning, and skin irritation — especially with overuse — because it stimulates nerve endings in the skin.
There isn't enough safety data available during breastfeeding, so it's best avoided then. During pregnancy, reliable safety information is also lacking.
Meds to double-check
No known interactions
No interactions are documented in our data for the ingredients we could check. Still, run your specific medications through the search tool below before you start, and if you have questions, check with your doctor or pharmacist.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no assessable stated purpose. No medication interactions are currently documented, and safety information is well characterized.
AnaBeta is a single-ingredient supplement with very limited safety data and no established effectiveness information in our records. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a history of allergies or mouth sensitivity, steer clear and talk it over with your doctor or pharmacist first.
Even if you're not in those groups, check with your own healthcare provider before starting to make sure it's right for you.
