This product contains a single active ingredient: Birch Bark Glycerite Liquid Extract. It's a liquid extract made from birch bark — the protective layer of the birch tree — prepared in glycerin for easier absorption.
The only other ingredient is glycerin, which is the carrier. Birch bark has been used traditionally for joint discomfort and scalp health, but we don't yet have strong reliable evidence for these uses.
