HelloPharmacist Scorecard of CBD Gummies 65 mg Watermelon by Upstate Elevator Supply Co
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
These gummies contain two active ingredients: potassium and cannabidiol (CBD). Potassium is a mineral your body needs for heart rhythm, muscle function, and fluid balance.
The product delivers 65 mg of cannabidiol per gummy. The rest of the gummy is made up of inactive ingredients — cane sugar, tapioca syrup, citric acid, pectin, pear juice concentrate, sodium citrate, black currant concentrate, and natural flavors.
Does it work?
Couldn't assess
We hold no effectiveness ratings in our data for either potassium or cannabidiol in these gummies. That doesn't mean they don't work — it means the evidence we have on file isn't established enough to rate.
If you're considering this product for a specific health goal, talk it over with your doctor or pharmacist about what the research shows and whether it's right for you.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Potassium from food is fine for most people, but supplements can be risky — they may cause dangerously high blood levels, especially if you have kidney disease. The most common side effects from oral potassium are stomach upset: abdominal pain, belching, diarrhea, flatulence, nausea, and vomiting.
Serious but rare effects include abnormal heart rhythms, heart block, low blood pressure, and mental confusion — all tied to potassium levels getting too high. The safety data notes that potassium from a normal diet is appropriate during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but supplements should only be used under medical guidance in those situations.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Check your prescriptions before taking these gummies if you use potassium-sparing diuretics, ACE inhibitors (blood pressure drugs ending in '-pril'), or ARBs (blood pressure drugs ending in '-sartan') — all carry a Moderate-severity risk of high blood potassium. We could not check cannabidiol for interactions with medications.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no assessable stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
If you take a potassium-sparing diuretic, ACE inhibitor, or ARB for blood pressure or heart health, these gummies need a thumbs-up from your doctor or pharmacist first — the potassium content can push your blood levels dangerously high. If you have kidney disease or are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your own healthcare provider before adding a potassium supplement.
The CBD ingredient hasn't been flagged for interactions, but we have no data on it either, so transparency matters there too.

CBD Gummies 65 mg Watermelon by Upstate Elevator Supply Co Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Upstate Elevator Supply Co's CBD Gummies 65 mg Watermelon contain potassium, which interacts with several blood pressure and diuretic medications.
The most serious concern is with potassium-sparing diuretics (Moderate severity) — these medications reduce how much potassium your body sheds, and adding a potassium supplement raises your risk of dangerously high blood potassium (hyperkalemia).
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
ACE inhibitors and ARBs, two common classes of blood pressure drugs, carry the same Moderate-severity risk. Both work partly by reducing potassium loss, so combining them with a potassium supplement can tip your levels too high.
This risk is greatest at high supplement doses, though it's worth flagging even at moderate amounts.
We were not able to check cannabidiol (CBD) for drug interactions — we hold no data for that ingredient. Altogether, these interactions span 62 individual medications.
Before you start these gummies, run your exact blood pressure and water pills through the interaction tool on this page, and let your doctor or pharmacist know you're considering a potassium supplement.

Potassium
Ace Inhibitors (Aceis)
Using ACEIs with high doses of potassium increases the risk of hyperkalemia.
ACEIs block the actions of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and reduce potassium excretion. Concomitant use of these drugs with potassium supplements increases the risk of hyperkalemia. However, concomitant use of these drugs with moderate dietary potassium intake (about 3775-5200 mg daily) does not increase serum potassium levels.
Angiotensin Receptor Blockers (Arbs)
Using ARBs with high doses of potassium increases the risk of hyperkalemia.
ARBs block the actions of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and reduce potassium excretion. Concomitant use of these drugs with potassium supplements increases the risk of hyperkalemia. However, concomitant use of these drugs with moderate dietary potassium intake (about 3775-5200 mg daily) does not increase serum potassium levels.
Potassium-Sparing Diuretics
Concomitant use increases the risk of hyperkalemia.
Using potassium-sparing diuretics with potassium supplements increases the risk of hyperkalemia.
