What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Colostrum6 against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.

What’s inside
Full disclosure
Colostrum6 contains one active ingredient: bovine colostrum, the nutrient-rich fluid produced by cattle in the first few days after birth. This product also includes inactive ingredients — gelatin, water, and glycerin — which serve as the capsule and delivery system.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence for bovine colostrum covers a narrow range of conditions. It's possibly effective for HIV/AIDS-related diarrhea and rotaviral diarrhea (the kind caused by rotavirus), and possibly effective for exercise-induced respiratory infections.
For necrotizing enterocolitis — a serious intestinal inflammation in newborns — it rates as possibly ineffective. The data doesn't speak to broader digestive or immune claims you might see marketed.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Bovine colostrum is generally well tolerated in most adults. However, if you have a milk or dairy allergy, you should avoid it — this product is derived from cow's milk.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding safety data are limited. The facts note not enough reliable safety data during pregnancy, so it's best to avoid unless your doctor approves.
During breastfeeding, safety is not well studied, so use caution and check with your provider before starting. A few people in trials reported mild bloating, nausea, diarrhea, or upset stomach at rates similar to those on a whey control.
Rare cases in HIV patients have included elevated liver function tests and decreased red blood cell levels — talk to your doctor if you have liver disease or anemia.

The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. No medication interactions are currently documented, and safety information is well characterized.
Colostrum6 may be worth considering if you have HIV/AIDS-related diarrhea, rotaviral diarrhea, or want immune support around heavy exercise — the evidence is modest but real for those uses. Avoid it if you're allergic to milk or dairy.
