DigestMore Ultra Enzymes has 14 active ingredients—all digestive enzymes designed to break down different foods. You've got lipase to help with fats, lactase for milk sugar, protease for proteins, and amylase for starches.
The formula also includes cellulase, invertase, glucoamylase, alpha-galactosidase, xylanase, pectinase, phytase, hemicellulase, diastase, and beta-glucanase—each one targets different carbohydrates and plant fibers. The inactive ingredients are maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, and the capsule shell itself.

Strong evidence
Lactase in this product is effective for lactose intolerance—if you can't digest milk sugar, lactase helps break it down. For the other ingredients, the evidence isn't established in our data: lipase, phytase, and the protease blend all carry insufficient reliable evidence to rate their effectiveness for the conditions they're used for, including inflammatory bowel disease, dyspepsia, anemia, and zinc deficiency.

Lipase is generally well tolerated in supplement form, though people with serious digestive conditions should use it only under medical guidance. Lactase is generally well tolerated when used as directed.
Phytase is considered low-risk in foods, but human supplement data are limited; there isn't enough reliable safety information for pregnancy, so use only if your doctor advises it. Protease blend is generally well tolerated for most adults but may cause digestive upset or allergic reactions in some people.
