Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- Directions: Mix one serving (1 scoop) in 4-8 ounces of water (depending on individual taste). Stir and drink immediately. Add ice if desired. May be consumed from one to three times per day, taken between meals. Do not mix with anything but water.
