Gluten Bloc contains eight active ingredients, all of them digestive enzymes designed to break down carbohydrates and proteins. The product includes Amylase, Protease, Peptidase, Glucoamylase, Beta-Glucanase, Hemicellulase, Dipeptidyl Peptidase-IV, and Aminopeptidase N, plus a proprietary blend called GlutenGuard™ Enzyme Blend.
These inactive ingredients also include Rice Flour, Maltodextrin, Gelatin Capsule, Silica, and Stearic Acid.
