Directions: Place mouth over mouthpiece and breathe in normally through the mouth and exhale through the nose. Prolonged inhalation is not necessary. Do not breathe out through the pipe. When first using, you may experience some coughing or sneezing as your respiratory system clears. For best results use regularly for 15-25 mins per day.

Product Description: The active ingredients are salt crystals from the Transylvanian Praid Salt Mine.

Formulation
The salt's curative properties are well known and used in therapeutic treatment facilities located in the disused parts of the mine.
Salt crystals are located between the porcelain filters in the body of the pipe. When inhaling, the moisture from the air passing the salt crystals absorbs micron sized salt particles, which then enter the respiratory system with each intake of breath, bringing the beneficial effects of natural salt therapy.
A few minutes of regular daily use: Helps you breathe more easily. Helps cleanse the respiratory system. Assists recovery from respiratory illness. Salt therapy may be beneficial for: Asthma Pollen and other allergies Colds and other infections Smokers or ex-smokers Sinus problems COPD Snoring
Storage
Storage: To keep in good working order, clean with a damp cloth, avoid using water, dry thoroughly and store in a dry place. The active ingredients may last up to 5 yrs (15-25 mins per day).
