- Bronson's lecithin is a concentrated granular form of soybean lecithin. It is an all natural product made up primarly by three types of phosphatides: Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylethanolamine and Phosphatidylinositol. Granular lecithin has a nutlike taste. As in all genuine granular lecithins, it contains no dilutants or additives such as soyflour and various proteins. Color of lecithin may vary due to seasonal changes of soybeans.

- Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, 1 tablespoon daily, or as directed by a health professional. Lecithin is a pleasant addition to cereals, soups, salads, fruit juices, protein drinks and vegetable juices. To ensure freshness, keep container sealed and dry.
