Kre-Alkalyn(R)
Creatine is an organic amine that occurs naturally in the body and is also found in certain foods, such as meat and fish. It is stored mostly in the skeletal muscles, where it is used to generate energy during physical activity. Creatine is a popular over-the-counter dietary supplement, and some evidence suggests it is effective at improving exercise performance, particularly during high-intensity activities such as weightlifting and sprinting. However, the degree to which creatine supplements may improve exercise performance can vary depending on the individual and the type of physical activity being performed Creatine is generally well-tolerated but may cause some minor side effects, such as cramping and water retention in some individuals. Long-term use has been rarely linked to kidney problems, but its use is generally regarded as safe. There are several different forms of creatine available, with the most common form being monohydrate salt. Other salt forms, including di-creatine citrate and 'pH buffered' creatine, are also available.

MSM brings you Max Kre-Alkalyn, the next step in creatine delivery! The patented process used to make Max Kre-Alkalyn allows you to exercise more intensely by protecting your muscles from excessive lactic acid build up during hard training. By buffering lactic acid your muscles can work harder and longer. In certain environments creatine may convert to ineffective creatine. The patented Max Kre-Alkalyn formula is buffered to create a new and revolutionary creatine delivery system that prevents the conversion to creatinine before reaching muscle. This patented process intensifies the effectiveness of Max Kre-Alkalyn allowing you to get great results while minimizing dosage and therefore the creatine related side effects of bloating or digestive problems all while still being a superior muscle volumizer. More creatine available to the body can mean better results in the gym and in the mirror. Creatine is one of the most purchased products in the supplement market today and now Max Kre-Alkalyn has raised the bar by producing a powerful muscle buffering, cell volumizing creatine delivery system.
