MCT Colada(TM) contains medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) from coconut and palm oil, and is mainly comprised of two fatty acids, caprylic and capric acid, with a great tasting natural pineapple/coconut flavor. It has also been emulsified for faster absorption, easy digestion, and will completely disperse when mixed into liquids.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 11 grams (approx. 2 teaspoons) with food one or more times daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Can be taken alone or mixed in yogurt, juice or other beverages.
SHAKE WELL PRIOR TO DISPENSING.

REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING. BEST IF USED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER OPENING.
