General Statements
- M.S.M. is an odorless, essentially tasteless, water-soluble white crystalline substance that serves as an important, bio-available source of dietary Sulphur. Sulphur plays an indispensable role in human nutrition that is unfortunately often overlooked. It is an essential dietary component responsible for maintaining the bonds between certain amino acids. It has a critical role in maintaining the integrity of connective tissue. Thiol (Sulthydryl) groups are vital for the catalytic function of many of the body's enzymes. To perform properly, our bodies need a constant intake of easily available sulphur.
- MSM is a natural form of sulfur found in all living organisms. This natural compound, researched since 1979, provides the chemical links needed to form and maintain numerous different types of tissues found in the human body, including connective tissues such as articular cartilage.
