MSM is an odorless, essentially tasteless, water-soluble white crystalline substance that serves as an important, bio-available source of dietary sulfur. Sulfur plays an indispensable role in human nutrition that is unfortunately often overlooked. It is an essential dietary component responsible for maintaining the bonds between certain amino acids. It has a critical role in maintaining the integrity of connective tissue.
Methylsulfonylethane
MSM is a natural form of sulfur found in all living organisms. This natural compound, researched since 1979, provides the chemical links needed to form and maintain numerous different types of tissues such as articular cartilage.
