What’s inside

Low disclosure
Ingredient Transparency · database check
Low

Most active ingredients don't disclose an individual amount — you can't tell how much of each you're getting.

Why this rating?
  • The label discloses an exact amount for 0 of its 3 active ingredients.
  • “Proprietary Blend (Herb/Botanical)” is a proprietary blend — the label gives one combined amount (50 mcg) without saying how much of each component you get.

N-Fuzed Testosterone is a liquid supplement with 3 active ingredients: Eurycoma longifolia root extract, Maca (Maca lepidium), and Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides). The liquid also contains inactive ingredients including distilled water, grapefruit seed extract, glycerin, and vitamin C.

Eurycoma longifolia and Muira Puama are traditional herbs used in male sexual health; Maca is a root vegetable often included for similar purposes. This is not a pharmaceutical testosterone replacement—none of these are synthetic hormones, though the supplement's name and Eurycoma longifolia's properties suggest a testosterone-supporting intent.

Moderate evidence
Evidence for Intended Use · database check
By FDA rules, dietary supplements can’t claim to treat, cure, or prevent disease — so labels speak in careful marketing language. We discern each product’s intended use from its name, label claims, and label statements, then grade the clinical evidence for that use. How these ratings are computed
Moderate

Some clinical evidence supports this product's ingredients for its stated purpose, but it isn't conclusive.

Why this rating?
  • The label markets this product for: promotes testosterone in the normal range.
  • We looked for evidence on: Age-related testosterone deficiency, Sexual desire, Sexual dysfunction, Erectile dysfunction (ED), Male Infertility, Fatigue — and 3 related terms.
  • The strongest evidence on file: Eurycoma Longifolia is rated "Possibly Effective" for Sexual desire (Natural Medicines).
  • Also on file: Maca is rated "Insufficient Reliable Evidence To Rate" for Antidepressant-induced sexual dysfunction, Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), Fatigue, Sexual desire, and more.

The evidence on this product's ingredients is limited. Eurycoma longifolia is rated Possibly Effective for sexual desire, though it shows Possibly Ineffective for athletic performance and Insufficient Reliable Evidence for back pain, osteoporosis, and diabetes.

Maca and Muira Puama both lack sufficient evidence: Maca has not been reliably studied for amenorrhea, anemia, sexual dysfunction from antidepressants, athletic performance, or osteoporosis, and Muira Puama has Insufficient Reliable Evidence for sexual dysfunction and erectile dysfunction. If you're looking for this product to support sexual function, the data on these specific ingredients remains incomplete.

How safe is it?

Well-documented data
Safety Information · database check
Well characterized

Adverse-effect, pregnancy, and general safety data are on file for most of these ingredients.

Why this rating?
  • We hold adverse-effect (side-effect) data for 2 of the 3 matched ingredients.
  • Pregnancy & breastfeeding safety ratings cover 3 of 3.
  • General safety write-ups exist for 3 of 3.
  • Remember: this measures how much safety information exists. Thin data is not the same as being safe.

Eurycoma longifolia is generally well tolerated in short-term studies, but long-term safety is uncertain and product quality varies. Because it may raise testosterone levels beyond the normal range, there's a theoretical risk of testosterone-related side effects including acne, insulin resistance, and liver toxicity if levels climb too high.

Maca is generally well tolerated as a food but long-term supplement safety hasn't been studied; fresh, uncooked maca may cause stomach pain. Muira Puama is traditionally used in small amounts, but human safety data are limited.

During pregnancy, the safety data advises against all three ingredients—do not use this product if you are pregnant. While breastfeeding, there is not enough reliable information on safety for any of the three, so avoid use.

If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding, talk with your doctor or pharmacist before taking this supplement.

Eurycoma longifolia5 drug types · 248 drugs

Propranolol (Inderal)

Eurycoma longifolia can reduce the levels and clinical effects of propranolol.
A small clinical study in healthy persons shows that taking a single dose of a water-based Eurycoma longifolia extract 200 mg, in combination with a single dose of propranolol 80 mg, reduces the propranolol area under the curve (AUC) by 29%, reduces the peak concentration by 42%, and increases time to peak concentration by 86% when compared with control. Since the elimination half-life of propranolol did not change, it seems that Eurycoma longifolia alters the kinetics of propranolol by decreasing its absorption in the gut, and not by altering its metabolism. It is not known if separating administration will prevent this interaction.

Likelihood Probable Evidence A
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates

Theoretically, Eurycoma longifolia might increase levels CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that methanolic Eurycoma longifolia root extract weakly inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Likelihood Possible Evidence D
Cytochrome P450 2A6 (Cyp2A6) Substrates

Theoretically, Eurycoma longifolia might increase levels of CYP2A6 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that methanolic Eurycoma longifolia root extract weakly inhibits CYP2A6 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Likelihood Possible Evidence D
Cytochrome P450 2C19 (Cyp2C19) Substrates

Theoretically, Eurycoma longifolia might increase levels of CYP2C19 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that methanolic Eurycoma longifolia root extract weakly inhibits CYP2C19 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Likelihood Possible Evidence D
Testosterone

Theoretically, Eurycoma longifolia may further increase levels of testosterone.
A clinical study in aging males with testosterone levels below 300 ng/dL shows that taking a specific water extract of Eurycoma longifolia roots (Physta; Biotropics Malaysia) 100-200 mg daily with breakfast for 12 weeks increases total testosterone levels by 8% to 11% when compared with placebo. It is unclear whether this increase would occur in individuals with normal testosterone levels.

N-Fuzed Testosterone by Harmonic Innerprizes: Common Questions

Does N-Fuzed Testosterone by Harmonic Innerprizes interact with any medications?
Yes. Based on its ingredients, N-Fuzed Testosterone has a known interaction with 248 medications. Use the checker to see how it interacts with a specific drug.
How can one product interact with so many drugs?
N-Fuzed Testosterone contains 3 active ingredients, and an interaction can come from any of them. We check every ingredient, combine the results into one list per medication, and show which ingredient and mechanism is responsible.
Where does this information come from?
The product label data comes from the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD); the interaction data is built on the Natural Medicines database and reviewed by HelloPharmacist pharmacists.
What is Eurycoma longifolia, and why is it in this supplement?
Eurycoma longifolia is a Southeast Asian root extract traditionally used for male sexual health. Studies show it may increase testosterone levels in older men with low testosterone, which is why it's a main ingredient here. The evidence for sexual desire is rated Possibly Effective, though it's not synthetic testosterone.
Can I take this if I'm on heart or blood-pressure medication?
Not without checking first. Eurycoma longifolia can lower levels of propranolol (Inderal) by about 29%, which could weaken how well it controls your heart rate and blood pressure. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before adding this supplement if you take any heart or blood-pressure drugs.
What are the side effects if my testosterone gets too high?
If Eurycoma longifolia pushes your testosterone above the normal range, the research mentions risks including acne, insulin resistance, and liver toxicity. That's why it matters to know your baseline testosterone level and talk with your doctor, especially if you already take testosterone therapy.
Is this safe if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. All three active ingredients lack enough safety data in pregnancy and breastfeeding, so the guidance is to avoid this product during both. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist about what's safe for you at this stage.
Does this product actually work for sexual function?
The evidence is mixed. Eurycoma longifolia is rated Possibly Effective for sexual desire, but Maca and Muira Puama both have Insufficient Reliable Evidence for sexual dysfunction and related conditions. The overall picture is incomplete—don't expect guaranteed results.
What if I'm taking other medications my doctor hasn't mentioned?
Use the interaction checker on this page to look up your full medication list. Eurycoma longifolia can interact with many drugs processed by your liver, and a 248-medication interaction profile means it's worth verifying each one you take.
