Nattokinase
Description:Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from a traditional Japanese food called nattō, which is made by fermenting soybeans with the bacteria Bacillus subtilis. Nattokinase is purported to have a number of health benefits, including the ability to reduce the risk of blood clots and improve cardiovascular health. It is thought to work by breaking down proteins called fibrins, which can help to dissolve blood clot and restore normal blood flow. Some studies have suggested that nattokinase may be effective at reducing the risk of blood clots and improving cardiovascular health, although more research is needed.
