Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 capsules (with 16 oz of water) twice daily on an empty stomach. Workout Days: Take one serving 30-60 minutes prior to training. Space both servings 6-8 hours apart. Non Workout Days: Take one serving upon waking and an additional serving 6-8 hours later. For Best Results: Use in conjunction with a high protein, low fat diet. NE2 can be stacked with Axis Lavs Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl for added benefit.
