Pan-8-Supreme Ingredients & Drug Interactions
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Pan-8-Supreme against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Low disclosure
This product contains three active ingredients. Protease and lipase are enzymes that aid digestion, while pancreatin is a blend of multiple digestive enzymes.
The remaining ingredients are inactive: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, monolaurin, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate (a binder and anti-caking agent).
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence we hold on these ingredients is limited. Lipase has been studied for inflammatory bowel disease, dyspepsia, and prematurity, but the data is insufficient to rate its effectiveness for any of them.
We have no effectiveness ratings on file for protease or amylase.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Protease and lipase are generally well tolerated in adults, though digestive upset or allergic reactions are possible with protease. Protease should be avoided during pregnancy unless your doctor prescribes it; there is little safety data during breastfeeding, so check with your healthcare provider first.
Lipase has limited safety data in pregnancy and breastfeeding—talk to your doctor before using it if you're pregnant or nursing. People with serious digestive conditions should use these enzymes only under medical guidance.
Rarely, occupational exposure to airborne proteolytic enzymes has caused allergic rhinitis or asthma; supplemental forms are unlikely to pose that risk, but people with enzyme sensitivities should be cautious.
Meds to double-check
No known interactions
No interactions are documented in our data for protease and lipase. We cannot check amylase, so if you take any medications, run them through the checker on this page to be certain.

Formula
Pan-8-Supreme is a scientifically-designed dietary supplement containing digestive enzymes of the highest purity and potency. The freeze-dried glands are centrifuged to remove the low and very low density lipoproteins.
