- Phosphatidylserine (PS), is a naturally occurring phospholipid that is found in all cells of the body with particularly high concentrations in the brain. Research suggests the beneficial role of PS in cognitive psychology and increasing levels of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- Directions Take one to two softgels with daily with food or as directed by a physician.
