Phosphatidylserine + Aclidinium Bromide
Aclidinium Bromide brand name: Tudorza Pressair.
Phosphatidylserine has a moderate interaction with Aclidinium Bromide. Theoretically, phosphatidylserine might decrease the effectiveness anticholinergic drugs.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Aclidinium Bromide
Aclidinium Bromide falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Phosphatidylserine interacts with.
Phosphatidylserine is thought to increase acetylcholine levels, which could theoretically interfere with the activity of anticholinergic agents.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the idea behind this pairing. Aclidinium (Tudorza Pressair) is an inhaler you use for COPD, and it works by blocking acetylcholine in your airways so the muscles relax and you breathe a little easier. Phosphatidylserine is thought to do the opposite, nudging acetylcholine levels up. So in theory, the supplement could push against what your inhaler is trying to do and make it work a bit less well.
I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. It's mostly theoretical, and aclidinium acts right in the lungs rather than throughout the body, so a real-world effect is uncertain. If you notice more wheezing or shortness of breath, don't stop anything on your own. Just check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aclidinium Bromide page
“Aclidinium Bromide (Tudorza Pressair) is an inhaled anticholinergic that keeps the airways open in COPD, and every one of the 30 supplements on this page acts on that same anticholinergic system. Two of them, henbane and scopolia, are rated major because their atropine-like alkaloids can pile onto the drug's effects with real force.”

About Phosphatidylserine
What is Phosphatidylserine?
- Memory and cognitive support
- Age-related cognitive decline
- Attention and focus (ADHD)
- Mental performance under stress
- Exercise recovery
Phosphatidylserine is a natural fat-like compound found in cell membranes, especially in the brain, and it is sold mainly to support memory and thinking. Some research suggests possible benefits for age-related memory problems, but the evidence is limited and far from conclusive. It is generally well tolerated, but check with your pharmacist or doctor before using it, especially during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
