- Directions: (Adult) Take two (2) Capsules of each product two times a day with meals and a full glass (8oz) of water. Para-Rid and Para-Sweep should be taken at the same time. For best results, follow the enclosed insert.

Taking a break of 30 or more days between use cycles will help maintain natural regularity. Not intended for long-term use.
