Directions: As a dietary supplement, ingest 1 teaspoon (5 mL) by placing it either directly into your mouth or in 2-4 oz of water and then swallowing it. Ingest a single serving at least twice per week. Take up to 6 servings daily, or as recommended by your health care provider.
