D-Aspartic Acid
Aspartic acid, also known as aspartate, is a non-essential amino acid that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes within the body. It functions as a building block in protein synthesis and is a central component of various enzymes. Additionally, aspartic acid plays a key role in the metabolism of nitrogen. Aspartic acid has been studied for its potential benefits as a dietary supplement. Research indicates that it may aid in cognitive function and memory by increasing the levels of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is critical for memory and learning. Furthermore, aspartic acid has been suggested to enhance athletic performance by increasing energy and endurance through the elevation of creatine levels. It is worth mentioning that aspartame, an artificial sweetener, contains around 40% aspartic acid. Aspartic acid exists in two forms, D-aspartic acid (D-AA) and L-aspartic acid (L-AA). The structural difference between the two forms is the arrangement of atoms in their molecular structure. D-aspartic acid is more commonly found in dietary supplements for athletics, as it has been studied for its effects on testosterone levels and muscle growth.

3,3 Diindolylmethane
Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a compound found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and kale. It is formed during the digestion of indole-3-carbinol, another compound found in these vegetables. DIM has been studied for its potential health benefits, including improved hormone balance and reduced risk of certain cancers. DIM (Diindolylmethane) supplements are often marketed as a natural way to support hormone balance, specifically estrogen imbalances, and as a 'detoxifying agent'. Supplements with DIM are often paired with Bioperine to improve absorption.

7-Keto DHEA
7-keto DHEA (7-oxo-dehydroepiandrosterone) is a metabolite of the hormone dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), which is produced by the adrenal glands. It is often used as a non-hormonal supplement to promote weight loss, improve muscle mass and increase metabolism. Some studies have suggested that 7-keto DHEA may aid weight loss by increasing the activity of thermogenic enzymes, which are responsible for burning fat. It is also believed to increase muscle mass by stimulating protein synthesis and reducing muscle breakdown. Additionally, 7-keto DHEA may have antioxidant properties that could help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Unlike DHEA, 7-keto DHEA does not convert to estrogen or testosterone and does not activate androgen receptors, thus, it is not considered to have the same risks as DHEA supplements. However, more research is needed to confirm the safety and effectiveness of 7-keto DHEA as a supplement.

7-Methoxyflavone
7-Methoxyflavone is a methylated flavonoid that can be synthesized chemically or obtained from extracts of Zornia brasiliensis and various plants belonging to the Meliaceae and Rutaceae families. This compound is of interest due to its potential impact on testosterone levels. It is believed to function by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme, which is responsible for converting testosterone and other androgens into estrogens. By blocking aromatase, 7-methoxyflavone may contribute to increased testosterone levels. Consequently, some supplement manufacturers have included 7-methoxyflavone in products marketed for its purported ability to enhance testosterone levels and improve athletic performance.

Bioperine Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract
Black pepper is a spice made from the dried, unripe fruit of the Piper nigrum plant, which is native to the southwestern coast of India. It is one of the most widely used spices in the world, and it is often utilized to add flavor and heat to a wide variety of dishes. In traditional medicine, black pepper is purported to have a number of health benefits. It is a good source of antioxidants and is thought to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may make it useful in reducing inflammation and swelling in the body. Black pepper is also used as a natural remedy for digestive problems, such as indigestion and bloating, and to boost the immune system. Black pepper is widely used in dietary supplements, specifically, an extract from black pepper known as piperine. Piperine can affect the absorption of many drugs, which is why it has a large number of reported interactions. Oftentimes, these 'interactions' are purposeful, such as when piperine is used with turmeric, to increase its absorption.
