Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take four (4) capsules daily, or two (2) capsules twice daily with meals. Advanced users may take up to 8 capsules daily. Do not exceed 8 capsules per 4 hour period. Use only as directed.
