Fresh pulsatilla is a known gastrointestinal irritant that can damage your kidneys and urinary tract if taken by mouth. Contact with the fresh plant can also cause skin irritation, itching, and a blistering rash called ranunculus dermatitis; inhalation of pulsatilla's volatile oils may irritate your nose and eyes.
Because pulsatilla has traditionally been thought to affect the uterus, the safety data advises against it in pregnancy. There isn't enough safety information to recommend it while breastfeeding either.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use Shake well before using Adults: Add 0.34 ml (15 drops) to 8 oz. of water or juice, 1 to 3 times per day. Best taken between meals.
Precautions
Caution: Use only as directed by an expert healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed recommended serving. Do not take drops more than 6 consecutive weeks without a 2 week break. Do not take drops undiluted.
